Roka on North Audley Street is a robatayaki restaurant built around an open kitchen, with the robata grill doing the heavy lifting. The Japanese menu is made for sharing, so come with company and order a spread of plates. Ask for a seat with a view of the grill: watching the cooks at work is half the pleasure.
