The Mayfair Chippy, on North Audley Street in Mayfair, London W1, will serve a Christmas menu from 24 November to 24 December 2026. The menu gives traditional British dishes a seasonal twist and is also available at its Knightsbridge restaurant at 138 Brompton Road. The Upcoming reports that the Mayfair branch is near Oxford Street, which makes it handy for Christmas shoppers, work meals and family gatherings.

What is on the menu

  • Drink: mulled wine spiced with orange, star anise, cinnamon and cardamom.
  • Starter: a Scotch Egg made with festive stuffing and confit turkey leg, served with cranberry and bacon jam.
  • Main: a Turkey and Cranberry Pie, offered as an alternative to a traditional turkey dinner. It comes with sage and onion mash, pigs in blankets and festive trimmings.
  • Vegetarian main: a Vintage Cheddar and Parsnip Pie with the same accompaniments, for vegetarians and anyone wanting a different option.
  • Dessert: Deep-fried Mince Pies dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with rum and raisin ice cream.

The dessert takes its cue from a chip shop staple, which suits a restaurant built around fish and chips.

Early booking offer for groups

There is also a group offer, but it applies only at the Knightsbridge restaurant. Parties of six or more who book online before 31 October will each receive a complimentary glass of prosecco when dining there between 1 November and 23 December 2026. It cannot be used alongside any other promotion.

Because the offer period starts earlier than the seasonal menu, groups booking for early to mid-November will get the prosecco but cannot order the Christmas dishes, which are available only from 24 November.
