The St. Regis London will open in Mayfair in December 2026, on the corner of Bond Street and Conduit Street. It is the brand's first hotel in the United Kingdom, set in the fully renovated former Westbury hotel, according to La Revue des Hôtels.
Opening date and booking
In a press release of 10 June 2026, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts announced an autumn opening. Marriott's booking engine now lists the hotel as "Opening Soon Dec 2026", with no precise inauguration date.
La Revue des Hôtels checked availability on 30 October. No room was on offer for the nights of 1, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 31 December, and Booking.com showed the hotel as unavailable on 10 December. The first bookable night the publication found was 1 January 2027, in a Junior Suite only. For a stay over the festive season, it suggests calling the hotel's reservations team.
Rates were checked on marriott.com for two adults. The Deluxe flexible rate is free to cancel until the day before, and rises to 1,096 pounds with breakfast. The amount shown does not change with the "taxes and fees included" option. On the dates tested, the Superior rooms were not on offer.
Rooms and suites
The hotel has 193 rooms, including 66 suites. The range starts with 30 m² Superior rooms overlooking the courtyard or the city, followed by Deluxe and Grand Deluxe rooms of 38 to 39 m².
The interiors are by Richmond International and draw on the tailors of Savile Row, the fashion houses of Bond Street and the neighbourhood's galleries.
The suites are named after the area and the Astor family:
- Westbury Suite (49 m²)
- Caroline Astor Suite (60 m²)
- Conduit, Savile Row and Gallery Suites (79 to 80 m²)
- Presidential Suite (150 m²)
On the top floor, the three-bedroom Penthouse Suite, at 270 m², will open onto a 150 m² private terrace with 360-degree views over London.
Le Perroquet
The hotel's restaurant will be Le Perroquet, an all-day French brasserie running from business breakfasts to late suppers. It will be the first London address for chef Daniel Rose, who is behind La Bourse et La Vie in Paris and the Michelin-starred Coucou in New York.
Mayfair has another recent hotel opening in The Shepherd Mayfair, and La Revue des Hôtels notes that the United Kingdom is already the European country where a five-star hotel costs the most.
